The Tour St François offers a great view on Nice from its 42 meters high terrasse.
It is the former tower of the Franciscan monastery, which was converted into a clock tower during the Revolution. That's what it still is.
To access the top of the tower, you'll have to climb 194 steps. The entry is 4, rue de la Tour.
